The Town of Danville was incorporated in 1982. We have plans here at the Town Offices on file for homes that were built from 1990 to present. Anyone is welcome to view the plans in person Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Active and historic permit research can be reviewed either by coming to the permit center or online 24/7 at Citizen Access Portal (CAP).
Documents that are prepared by a licensed or registered individual are protected under state law as copy-righted documents. If you would like to obtain a copy of your house plans, there is a process in place to help you acquire them. In order to facilitate this process, the requester may complete an Affidavit for the Duplication of Plans and submit it in person to the Town Offices Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. There is a $40.00 non-refundable deposit required at the time of the request. The entire process takes 35-45 days.
Some documents that are stored on Laserfiche may be reproduced at cost.
