Arts Commission - 7 members and a youth representative, 4-year terms.
Parks & Leisure Services Commission - 7 members, 1 alternate and a youth representative, 4-year terms.
Heritage Resource Commission - 7 members, 3-year terms.
Planning Commission - 7 members and 1 alternate, 4-year terms.
Design Review Board - 5 members and an alternate, 4-year terms.
The Town also has established the following committees:
In addition, the Town Council appoints representatives to the following agencies and boards:
- Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG),
- Contra Costa Mosquito and Vector Control District,
- Central County Transit Authority,
- Community Emergency Response Team,
- Contra Costa County Health and Human Services,
- Contra Costa County Transportation Authority,
- East Bay Regional Parks District,
- Iron Horse Trail Advisory Committee,
- League of California Cities,
- Contra Costa County Library Commission,
- South County Regional Library Board,
- Contra Costa County Transit Authority Accessible Services Committee,
- Southwest Area Transportation Council, and
- Tri-Valley Affordable Housing Commission.
The Council also has liaison appointments with the City of San Ramon, the Dougherty Valley Oversight Committee, San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District (SRVFPD), San Ramon Valley Unified School District, and the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District.
