Swim Classes
These programs, for those thirteen and over, include private swim lessons for adults of all skill levels and fitness swimming programs. The private lessons are great for beginners as well as those looking to improve their strokes with one-on-one instructions. Fitness swimming classes are structured workouts which include skills and drills for technique and interval training for superior cardio and muscular improvement.
Courses focus on a variety of skills, including: properly entering the water, treading water, travelling, turning, mastering strokes, developing endurance, and understanding training principles.
